Usage Licence

What you can do with the files you bought, and what you cannot.
1. What you buy
You buy a personal, non exclusive, non transferable licence with no time limit. Copyright in the files remains with Camila da Cruz Lucioo.
2. You may
- Download and store the files on your devices.
- Print as many times as you like, for use with the children in your household.
- Adapt the activities to your home, including swapping materials for equivalent alternatives.
- Photograph the activities in use and post them on your social media, as long as you do not share the files or full legible pages.
3. Professional licence, included in the Complete pack
The Complete pack adds the right to use the materials in your professional work with children, in one classroom or group, by a single professional.
If your team has more professionals using the materials at the same time, each one needs their own licence. For multiple seats, write to hello@bobolobokids.com and we will agree terms.
4. You may not
- Resell, rent, assign or give away the files, in whole or in part.
- Share the download links or the files with people outside your household.
- Publish the files on websites, groups, repositories, social networks or file sharing services.
- Use the content to create derivative products intended for sale.
- Remove marks, credits or copyright notices.
- Use the content in paid training or commercial materials without our written permission.
5. Breach
Breaching these conditions terminates the licence immediately, with no right to a refund, and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under copyright law.
